1/ I asked over the phone a service department about the price of oil change and break flush and it was rounding $270,
2/ I made an appointment and when I dropped off the car I found out the price is $370
3/ I left the car for service(oil change & break fluid flush 9am) because I had a long trip coming up and I asked the service advisor to check two more issues.

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2021 VW GLI from Galpin VW. The salesman (Alejandro Guzman) assured me several times that as part of the recent CPO process, all the fluids in the car have been replaced, including the engine oil. The day after I purchased the car, "Change Oil in 7 Days" appeared on the instrument cluster. I then checked the engine oil to find that it was a quart low and very dark.
